Shipping Policy

Is Shipping Free?

Unfortunately, not as yet. For now Clients will be charged a small delivery fee to have their orders delivered.

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders will ship out within 24 hours of ordering. Orders than fall on a Friday will be delivered in the following week.


When will I receive my order?

Orders will take 4-7  working Days to be delivered nationwide. Deliveries out of South Africa will take slightly longer.

Instore pickup?

Trucxle does not allow for the collection of orders.

How do I check the Status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us duncan@trucxle.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will then refund the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at duncan@trucxle.co.za with your invoice number and a photo of the item’s condition.

 

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
